Uplift 20: Three siblings honor the dream of their late Dad on Shark Tank

Siblings honor father on shark tank

Shark Tank just experienced a pitch from three siblings regarding a product that left the viewers teary eyed, after they heard the back story associated with it. The children of Keith Young, a veteran firefighter who had lent his services even during 9/11 passed away only three months before the shoot of this episode of Shark Tank. His product ‘The Cup Board Pro’ was pitched on Shark Tank by his children Keira, Kaley and Christian.

According to the siblings, it was their fathers dream to pitch the product on Shark Tank. Unfortunately, Keith passed away from cancer only three months prior to realizing his dream. Hence, the siblings had taken it upon themselves to launch their father’s product and establish his legacy in front of the world.

The Young children are between the ages of 24 and 15 and they came on the show to showcase the product The Cup Board Pro, which is a chopping board with a detachable bowl that makes the cleanup after the chopping much easier. According to the children, their dad had received the first prototypes of the product back when their mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer. His father had kept every other business on a standstill in order to be with her until her demise on 22nd August 2012.

Keith Young was also a two time champion on Chopped, a show on Food Network. The Cup Board Pro, bears an insignia that respects all the firefighters that had died during the 9/11 attacks. According to the children, it is the strength of their parents that has led them to come to where they are at life at the moment.
