The daughter of the former U.S. President George W. Bush, got married this October 7th to Craig Coyne. Coyne is a screenwriter and the wedding took place in the family home of Bush that is situated in Kennebunkport, Maine. It was an intimate ceremony by the seaside which Barbara thought was the dream wedding that she had always yearned for.
In an interview with TODAY, Barbara revealed that her wedding was one that she had always dreamed of. She was present at the interview with her twin sister Jenna Bush Hager, and further revealed that when it was announced that she and her fiancée were husband and wife, it started to rain. The rain made her feel like it was her late grandmother who was present at the wedding, whose absence was the only loss she had been feeling prior to the wedding.
In the words of Barbara, “It was wonderful. It was everything we wanted. It was small and in a place that we have grown up and have so many incredible memories, in Maine.” She further added that they just wanted to make sure that the ceremony was conducted by the time that her grandfather was still in a healthy condition.
The couple tied their wedding knots with the former U.S president and Barbara’s grandfather George H.W. Bush, being present at the front row. It was an emotional event for the family which has gone through much turmoil lately owing to the passing of the former first lady of USA, Barbara Bush on the 17th of April, while she was aged 92 years old.Source Link- https://www.today.com/news/barbara-bush-shares-why-her-wedding-was-everything-we-wanted-t140517
